Our standard
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we test the site against them as it changes.
What that looks like here
- Every control on the questionnaire can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and keyboard focus is visible.
- Text and background colours meet the contrast levels the guidelines set.
- Images and drawings are described in text, so nothing depends on seeing a picture.
- Animations are short and subtle, and every one of them is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content or function, and the layout adapts to phones, tablets, and screen readers.

If any part of this site is hard to use with your technology, tell us. Email the support address below with the page and what happened, and we will fix it or give you the same information another way. You can also complete your request by phone with a licensed agent instead of the questionnaire.
